"Excellent front desk staff and management! The rooms need upgrades but overall we had a great experience staying here. We left my son's little teddy behind, the staff were able to locate it and ship it to our home. Thank you so much for going out of your way for your guests. We will ONLY stay here in future!"
"The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, hot, and plentiful. Breakfast included eggs, pork and turkey sausage, self-made waffles, oatmeal, various breads, and rolls. This location has a customer appreciation evening time with ice cream and snacks. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. Plenty of free parking."
"Good location at the center of the strip of restaurants and fast food spots on Richmond Rd gives you plenty of eating options. Rooms are spacious, most have a sofa with a pull out trundle for additional sleeping space. The included breakfast offered eggs, sausage, potato hash, waffle maker, oatmeal and the usual pastries and cold cereals. Our room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator so sound proofing is good. Beds were comfortable and the window unit, while a bit noisy, kept the room at a good constant temperature."
"My wife and I had a relaxing mid-week stay here. The hotel is in a good location and seems to be well-maintained. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful - in particular Ty at the front desk made sure we had a room on our preferred floor, and gave us some helpful tips about nearby restaurants. The room itself was very comfortable; the one downside was that the shower had not been cleaned. This was a one-night stay so we just didn't use it."
"My family and I came here after leaving another hotel and the staff was Amazing, Rhonda S checked us in and was so helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area. We were so happy with the hotel that we decided to extend our stay a few days and the manager Shondell helped us out and was wonderful. Our kids had an awesome time using the indoor pool and everything in our room and the lobby was super clean. Vanessa and the rest of the kitchen staff were so warm and welcoming too. We look forward to our next stay here!"
