"Waiting to be seen is exhausting and quite irritating, but that is everywhere that I called its just part of how things are going. Dr. Tim Olsen is the main reason there are 4 stars on this review. I will go back a bit though. I have been dealing with an issue since June 2023, and I have seen 4 other physicians and been to the hospital to no avail. I arrived at CMG, checked in, and was taken straight back to see him. This man is a Godsend. He took time to really listen, ask questions, give feedback, and explain everything to me. I now have a plan, and while there still may be questions I think I am finally on the road to answers, and hopefully solutions. You can tell he actually cares about the people he treats. Very pleased with my care."

"It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone here. I’ve called repeatedly on various days over the past few months. It shouldn’t be so hard to reach someone to make or cancel appointments!"

"Very Polite, Courteous, and well informed. They treated me with respect and told me everything i needed to know. One gripe is they close their phones early but that is common around here to turn off phones 15 minutes prior to close."

"Two encounters with this practice. If it were possible to leave a review with no stars I would. First I am not at all impressed by the basement hole the practice is located in. Dr. Suggested I see a Hematologist which is a Specialist so I need a referral. They were supposed to schedule me after waiting several days I tried to schedule myself to no avail without the referral. After several phone calls it was finally sent. Consultation with the Dr. suggested an MRV in three months. Apoun leaving I was given a return appointment in three months for the office visit. I put in advance leave for my job for the day because I live almost two hours away. Arrive on time for my appointment I am told my appointment was rescheduled two months ago by the office and was not contacted by phone or letter. There are no Doctors in the office they are at the Hospital. So I say maybe I was supposed to be there for my MRV. Apparently I was supposed to be called to schedule that procedure and this appointment was to be a follow up consultation to that. I was never called. Nothing was ever set up. I can’t give a review on the actual Doctor I saw him a total of 15 minutes. But I can tell you that unless changes are made to that office staff, I would not go here. It is not worth the mess ups and dropped balls."
