"This place never has anyone to answer calls or return messages. Makes me wonder what type of facility this is. I pray no one else goes through this but from the reviews I just read this happens all the time. I have been calling for a solid week everyday, multiple times and have yet to get appointment for MRI. Seems to me all they do is see you and get you to buy an expensive price of medical equipment then send you on your way."

"The doctors are excellent but making contact is impossible, really it’s impossible. Try calling to get an appointment and you will hear recorded music forever I think! One option while waiting is to leave a message and I would be contacted. My first effort was two weeks ago, then last week and today I tried again. No one has called and the day is over. During the recorded music I heard how ortho Virginia was the largest in Virginia. Ha! They can’t say they are the best! I’d rate it was the worst."

"I'm giving one star ONLY because I have to give something! I went in and saw Dr. Harrison Smith on Sunday August 26 for severe neck, shoulder and back pain that radiated down my arm and leg with tingling and numbness. He did x-rays and said I had to go to the hospital because there was a large mass in my throat and if I didn't go it could be FATAL......I went to the hospital, they did and MRI and found NOTHING. Went back here on September 1st and saw Islam Saleh who did an MRI said I had to go to Charlottesville to see the spine team there and neurology because of a pinched nerve going down my arm. He gave me medicine and scheduled a MRI Angio and scheduled a visit with him October 10. I called for a refill and was told if the meds he gave weren't good enough, I had to go to the hospital. I was on Percocet. He could have done something. A shot or some kind of relief. It was ok I just took what he gave me. On October 1st I had the pain mostly in my right arm numbness and tingling and found a lump under my armpit that when pressed, sent that pain shooting up my shoulder, down my arm back and up my neck. I called my family dr who said go to the hospital then said to go to back here because they were open. I did, big mistake. Saw Dr. Harrison Smith again. (I use the word Dr. loosely) I went back, he came in and said I don't know why your here. I started to tell him my dr told me to come but never got to say that much. He kept telling me he knew I had shoulder pain but didn't know what I wanted him to do about it. I asked about the x-rays he took 3 times, and he would never answer. He kept telling me he couldn't give me more medicine and that he couldn't do anything for me. He wouldn't let me speak I was upset and crying and finally walked out. He never heard my Dr. sent me there, he didn't care. He just cared that i was there wanting him to help and he wasn't having any part of it. Then had the nerve to write on my report he did an exam which he did NOTHING but talk and he discussed my x-rays which was also a lie. He had the nerve to say I was confused, and he tried to explain the situation, but he could never get me to understand. He sat there and lied. He didn't discuss x-rays; he didn't try to talk nicely to me he was rude and condescending. I cancelled my follow up appointments because of that and the way the admin dept handled it. I called them on Monday the 2nd and talked to a lady that said she was going to find out some things, talk to Dr Saleh about my pain and her or his nurse would get back to me. It is now Wednesday October the 11th and no one has bothered to call yet. They are great as long as there are no issues but if something happens you wont get help obviously. I’m in terrible pain but will not call them for help especially after the administration didn’t even bother to call back. As long as you have no problems your good."

"I have yet to receive a call from the MRI schedulers after my orders were placed a week ago. I have left several voicemails, and reached out every avenue I can in order to get my MRI scheduled. This patient care is unacceptable."
