"***EDIT SEE BOTTOM*** I have had the privilege of working alongside the staff at the Warrior Way Wellness Center for seven months & I can tell you FIRST HAND that this place truly saved my life. I had lost purpose in life & they helped me get it back. I've been clean from opioids since March 11th of 2017 but in 2019 my mental health plummeted and my life went into a tail spin. They met me where I was at, worked with me, teaching me the different aspects of the wellness toolbox I found a way to genuinely be happy and work through my trauma. Ive learned that Recovery doesn't just mean from drugs or alcohol, THATS SOBRIETY, Recovery is so much more than that... It is the not only survival but the ability to THRIVE in your life moving past whatever it is that troubles you. Recovery can be from PTSD, mental health, physical health, even just being given a diagnosis of any kind of mental or physical condition by a doctor therapist administrator etc, ANY TRAUMATIC experience. Veteran pathways home at the Warrior Way Wellness Center truly has been one of the best decisions Ive made. By being a part of this "family" I've learned how to live and love my life again. I will forever be grateful because I love who I am and I love my life even when it's stressful or hard or just aggravating. My worst day now is still better than my best day used to be. SO COME BY AND SEE US, if you need help with anything even just to talk, because that's what it's about peoole helping each other, peers who have "walked in your shoes" helping you figure out what you want and what's going to work for you in every aspect of your life. Veteran Pathways home specializes in working with military, veterans, law enforcement, first responders & their families but please don't let that stop you, if you don't fall into any of those categoriesbut you need someone to talk to or somewhere to go, PLEASE COME SEE ME, I don't fall into any of those categories either but they made me feel at home, welcomed, and saved my life. UPDATE**** IF I COULD LEAVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD. YES THIS PLACE GAVE ME TOOLS FOR LIFE BUT NOT NEAR THE AMOUNT I NEEDED TO DEAL WITH THE LIES HURT AND DECEIT THAT CAME FROM THIS WOMAN. SHARON SCHLERF IS A LIAR AND A CON ARTIST. SHE STATES THAT JTS HER PROGRAM ABD SHE WAS THE 1ST. NO SHE WAS NOT SHE RIPPED OFF MARY ANN COPELAINS WRAP CURRICULUM- AND THEN HAD HER "CONTRACTORS" WRITE HER NEW ONES AND WHEN THEY ASK FOR CREDIT SHE CANCELS CONTRACT AND SAYS THAT IT NOW BELONGS TO HER... IVE SEEN IT DONE 3 TIMES NOW .... WITH THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (KHAKI WARFORD WROTE) , REVEILLE (ELI KNITTLE DESIGNED) AND REBOOT (WHICH IS JUST LIFE AFTER-MINE AND DAWN WAIBLES PROGRAM RENAMED). THATS NOT THE WORST THOUGH SHE HAS NOT PAID OVER 10 CONTRACTORS- THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BUT DON'T TAKE HER TO COURT BC SHE IS JUST GOING TO LIE AND SAY YOU WERE NOT AN EMPLOYEE FOR OVER 5 MONTHS ..... THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I WAS NEVER PAID BC I TRUSTED THIS WOMAN.... I ENDED UP LOSING MY HOME BC OF HER NOT PAYING ME. WORST PART IS, NOW SHE HAS DVS FUNDING HER LIES, AND SHE STILL HAS NOT HONORED HER COMMITMENTS ANF NOT TO MENTION THE TAX EVASION BY PRETENDING TO BE NON PROFIT W INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS THAT WERE NOT INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS.... ILLEGALLY WORKING EMPLOYEES AND SAYING THEY WERE CONTRACTORS IS SUPPOSED TO BAR YOU FROM GOVERNMENT JOBS ISNT IT? WTH ARE U THINKING DVS......THERE is a REASON NO ONE FROM VOCAL OR DBHDS WILL WORK WITH HER!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!"

"I am a current employee of WWWC, and CAN ASSURE you that this NON PROFIT is in FULL COMPLIANCE with ALL IRS non profit rules, and NOT OPERATING ILLEGALLY. Independent contractors are paid per their agreement, and BOTH parties are expected to hold up terms of the agreement. I have been employed here for almost a year now, and have had a fully positive experience. Beacon Institute: Veteran Pathways Home at the Warrior Way Wellness Center saved my life, and is an AMAZING place to be, and to work. This non profit meets you where you are, and does not ask you to give/do more that YOU think you can. You decide what works for in your position. You decide when you work and what you work on. You lay out the terms and an agreement is made. If you fail, you have no one to blame but yourself. Who could ask for more!"
