"I had a really great experience visiting Patient First and would recommend them to anyone who has an issue that needs attention. Was having some mild chest pain and difficulty catching a deep breath - within a couple hours I was diagnosed with bronchitis, prescribed antibiotics and out the door. 4 days later I'm feeling a lot better. All of the nurses, doctor and X-Ray tech had great bedside manners and were attentive and answered all my questions. Thank you, Patient First!"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not go here. I waited for about 3 hours in a lot of pain with stubborn flu like symptoms. Ear pain, stubborn coughing, sore throat, high resting heart rate of 126 and low grade fever and left without any source of relief. The doctor Dr. Khan had zero bedside manner. As I was describing to him what I'm feeling he basically told me to stop talking because he was measuring my pulse / hearing my heart with his stethoscope. There's a way to convey a message politely especially when a patient has been waiting for 3 hours. I understand it may be a long, tiring day but as a physician, it is one's job to be professional and treat the patient with utmost care. I come from a family of physicians and never have I experienced such coldness and lack of concern. I was let go without any medications and poor diagnosis 3 hours and $260+ later. Although the front desk staff are kind, I highly recommend you Do NOT come here."

"I’m here for flu symptoms right now. It’s been 3 1/2 hours since I checked in and I’m in a freezing room waiting for my results for a hour. I feel worse now than when I arrived. I think I’m about to leave"

"I walked in late morning on the Friday after Thanksgiving so expected a long wait. I was immediately greeted, then after signing in on the computer, I was immediately brought around a corner to register, since it was my first visit. Then almost immediately after that a nurse took me back to get my vitals and record my symptoms. The nurse was very efficient but lacking in bedside manner. Next I was taken to a triage room for throat and nasal swabs (the usual triple threat test these days), and then I returned to the waiting area aka lobby to wait for a room to become available. Despite a supply of masks and signs telling people to wear a mask if coughing or sneezing, I was the only one compliant with that instruction; for that reason only the lobby wait was too long. But then I was taken to a room and told that there were 4 patients ahead of me, and there I waited a LONG time. Eventually I was seen briefly by a PA, then sent on my way. The entire visit took 2 hours. While waiting I was able to register for a patient portal account, which was convenient. Overall good experience."

"I recently had two different medical experiences at Patient First, and I must say it left me a bit confused. On my visit this Monday, one doctor diagnosed my condition, and I appreciated their attention and care. However, when I returned on Thursday and saw a different doctor, I received a completely different diagnosis. While I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the inconsistency in medical opinions has left me uncertain about the quality of care provided by the doctors. I hold great respect for medical professionals, but this disparity in diagnoses has left me questioning my experience."
