"I love Tuckahoe Orthopedics. I found a great Dr here that knows about hips. Dr Colin Mudrick. I just recently had my left hip replaced and he did a phenomenal job. It's almost 5 weeks post op and I am doing so well. Also getting PT from them too."

"We were so incredibly happy with Tuckahoe Orthopedics today with Dr. Hale. We arrived at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment. By the time I had paid, I didn't even have time to fill out paperwork before being called back at 12:50. By 1:00, Dr. Hale had popped our daughter's dislocated elbow back in place. Within 5 minutes she was better and using her arm and we were on our way. I'm so happy with the wait time and skills of the professionals at this practice. Oh, and there was another staff member who gave my daughter a lollipop and stickers to try to ease her fears and discomfort."

"Worst experience ever! Waited 45 minutes in an exam room for the Doctor to be dismissive and rude. She spent about 3 minutes speaking to my husband and I just spitting random facts without actually hearing what was wrong. I can’t even tell you the Doctor s name, she just walked in pressed on his foot while rambling on and then began standing to prepare to exit the room. A complete waste of time and a terrible way to treat patients after they patiently wait to be seen. It makes a big difference if you would just stop and listen to your patients instead of rushing through an examination. Would never recommend this office!"

"Saw Dr Dyer for a possible torn rotater cuff/Impingement Syndrome. I am so pleased with the care I have received. I have been for two visits and had a wonderful experience each time. The Front Desk was very welcoming and efficient --took great care to vet for COVID and also verify insurance. The nurse for Dr Dyer was attentive, professional, and kind. The X-Ray gentleman was also professional and easy to work with. Dr Dyer was a dream to work with--he carefully explained the problem, possible courses of treatment, gave me pros and cons, and made sure I was comfortable with treatment options. He is a very attentive listener, and what I liked best was knowing how to participate in my recovery process. I waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room on each visit, and maybe 5 minutes once I was in the room--totally fine with me as I know sometimes another patient might take longer to close out. It was easy to get an appointment for a time that worked for me, and the reminders ( although not necessary) were nice. SO happy to not be in pain and recovering!"

"Waited for an hour for our appointment and had to leave to get other kids off bus. The person at the front desk when I asked how long it would be said she had no idea. No, “I’m sorry you had to waste an hour, pull your daughter who has a broken foot out of school and now try to come back another day.” Nothing. When I called back later to re-schedule, no apology. Really disappointed. Love the physicians, but the staff managing the schedule left a lot to be desired."
