"This place really just wants your money. I just started a job and my insurance finally kicked in, so I was looking for a new dentist. I called and asked for a new patient appointment, they asked if I had any concerns and I said yes, I'm having some tooth pain but I also need a new dentist. They scheduled me for an emergency appointment without telling or asking me, I didn't find it until the day of my appointment that they wouldn't be taking any x-rays. I told them that I was upset because my insurance would now not be covering my new patient appointment and they didn't even give me the option to wait. The manager told me that since they made a mistake that they writings cover my new patient appointment. Fast forward to my appointment and I now find out that they are only covering my exam fee, not the full new patient appointment. They manipulated me just to get money. I will never go to this place again. Shady practice, get everything in writing if you go here."

"I had a GREAT experience at this dentistry. I was searching for a new dental home and my mom referred me, turned out to be an absolute pleasure. I was politely greeted and assisted upon entering for my appointment. I felt very welcomed. Mandy made my first visit amazing and I can’t wait to return. Dr. Chanel was also very nice & polite and they all communicated well. I believe Kim was my hygienist and she too was an absolute pleasure to have clean my teeth. Honestly there was nothing negative I could say about my first time visit and I hope to have this as my dental home for as long as I reside in Hampton roads. I really want to point out how amazing Mandy was though and hope she can see this one day. First time impressions make a difference and she made mine great so thank you Mandy - you are appreciated! Also thanks to Sheila that assisted at check out! I mean everyone was literally so sweet. Just a 10/10 experience."
