"Moved out on June 2021 and asked for refund the security deposit $500 was told will refund but mailed to the address that I moved out already. Called Nick ( property manager) and was told that will resend check to my current address after he checked my mailbox. I have emailed him several times to ask for updates. No answer. Update: got call from them two weeks ago and got check last Monday. Issue resolved. Thank you! Other than that, they are very friendly. And Ezra (the maintenance engineer) are very helpful and quick response to any problems in the apartment - leak from ceiling, power outrage etc. There is small park near to this apartment which is great for kids to play there! Only 2 min walk to there! And lot of great stores near to apartment, Starbucks and some restaurants! The best part of this apartment is: all utilities included and free parking! If you have kids, this apartment is in really good school zone! I would recommend anyone to try this apartment."

Appreciate all the help & diligence on my move it the maintenance staff is great as well overall I’m enjoying my stay so far ."
"Wood Lee Arms is expertly managed by Mr. Branford on site. He is caring and extremely responsive. The property also has advanced HVAC controls making their system both highly energy efficient and reliable. You also can't beat the location with proximity to DC, parks and trails, transportation, and a ton of nice restaurants and shops right around the corner."
"Great place to live. Carlos from the administration is awesome, so it's Ezra. Ezra, the engineer maintenance person has been taking care of my air condition unit in my bedroom to my carpet. Will highly recommend this place. Walking distance to restaurants."
