"I highly recommend this location. All the nurses and staff that I have interacted with have been kind and welcoming. As much as I love everyone there, the wait time is pretty much nonexistent so I am in and out of there quickly. During a time that could be stressful and difficult, the staff at SGF Leesburg has made this an easier process."

"I had a terrible experience with this location. They first messed up our consultation so they had to reschedule it for the next day. They told us that this would be a free consultation before we set up the appointment. Once we had the consultation, agent called and spoke to me. She stated that she could check my insurance to find out what Tests are covered so I gave her my insurance information. What happened next is that I get a BILL for “the free” consultation. I called back to resolve this issue and they said don’t worry we’ll fix it. But I kept getting the same bill. I called back again and after waiting over an hour on the phone, I spoke to the mngr Miss Colleen Hendricks. She kept asking me for the name of the agent that told me that it was a free consultation. I told her that how could I even remember the agents name, they should have it in their notes. Miss Hendrix was not only arrogant, but he she was also Unwilling to help. She kept saying that they don’t do free consultations, I have to have a voucher gor free consultation. She ended up hanging up on me. Think twice and make sure you take peoples names down for later reference."

"If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr. Khan, the nurses, and receptionists all made us feel welcome and we immediately knew we were in good hands at this facility. They were sensitive to my major anxieties about the whole process and answered all my questions quickly whenever I had a concern. We are almost 12 weeks pregnant with our first child and could not be more ecstatic!"

"Shady Grove has been amazing! We are now pregnant with our second child after doing IVF through Shady Grove. After trying for years to get pregnant and being unsuccessful, Shady Grove made us feel like we were apart of their family and not just another customer. Everyone from Dr. Khan to all the nurses and everyone has just treated us with respect and really good customer service. Our dream of becoming parents was able to happen because of you guys!
