"I was in to automotive one time, and as a mechanic ive $150,000.00 in tool to fix some one car that paid me not much but the car was fix. I've also bought a scan tool that cost me $ 10, 000.00 just to fix a customer car and now I'm not in the car repair business I still have that $10,000.00 scanner sitting not using it so in the long run the customer pay less than the shop or the mechanic."

"I took my car to a few places trying to figure out what was wrong. Everyone had different opinions and "fixed" my car, only to have it start the same thing again weeks later. After a year and a half of getting my car "fixed", we finally took it to Clark's. I have never been so happy with a car repair in my life. I called them to thank the mechanic. He immediately knew what was wrong, did an excellent job and charged a reasonable price for doing it. I had to let them know that I would be bringing my car to them for everything from now on. "I brought my car in for 2 new tires and regulators i need to pass an inspection. Before even completing the work in order for it to pass an inspection. They failed it anyway before even attemptijg to fix the car. Fix it first as i instructed then run it through for inspection. That's one part of the problem. The second part is I was originally quoted approximately 1000 dollars and change. I told them I'd talk with my fiance first. I did that and called them back the next day to tell them I'd like less work done. They then quoted me 500 more dollars for LESS work. Naturally I said no thanks I'll take the car back. They told me I would only pay a diagnostic fee. I show up today to get it to be told "we forgot to tell you about the inspection fee" inspection fee for what? A car that I told yall not to even fix up to pass inspection? She waived the inspection fee but doesn't fix the fact that yall failed my car for inspection when I told yall not to do the work to even run it through to inspection. Very shady and nasty business. Who runs a car through for inspection before even completing the work to pass it. You guys do. I'll never bring any of my business back to you all. Absolutely terrible experience."

"They wanted to charge me 900 dollars to do brake pads. They claimed my brake hose was collapsing and it was actually completely fine. The rotors were good as well. I took it apart and found out my emergency brake pads needed changing. Beware stay away they charge to much and recommend stuff you don't need"

"I've been using Clark's since they opened several years ago. They get it right the first time, and I can trust their what they're telling me. They've got fast turn around on their service. They're the best!"
