“Amanda was awesome! My husband and I came into Mattress Firm very undecided about which mattress we should get. Both of us have back pain and wanted to upgrade our sleep experience. Amanda is so knowledgeable and patient. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t talk to us with a cheesy sales pitch. Her sales style was more consultative. We ended up buying an adjustable base in addition to an extra firm mattress. We spent twice as much as originally planned because we realized from our discussion with Amanda that our sleep can be improved by adding an adjustable base. Our new bed will arrive in a couple of days and we couldn’t be more excited.”

“I am very happy Sleep Essentials customer! My first purchase was an AR3 about five years ago and it still sleeps amazingly. Since then that mattress has been moved to our guest bedroom. Everyone who has had the opportunity to use it so far, always asks where we got it from. My most recent purchase was a split queen AR2 on an adjustable frame. I strongly recommend the sleep essentials, latex mattress to family, friends and anyone looking for the best sleep possible! “Large well stocked store, lots of pumps, lots of parking. Always clean and the staff is always very friendly. Bathrooms are clean. The Avenue deli section in places to sit down and eat. “Absolutely wonderful shop! We are from Delaware and we happened to be in town for a family birthday party when we stopped in with my younger cousin. The whole store is immaculate and has some of the most interesting designs —both for accessories AND clothing — that I have seen around! I am in love with the Tulip bags. They are real leather and so beautifully-crafted. I slept on it and just had to have one when I woke in the morning, but, alas, we had to head back to DE early. So I made sure to hop online and used the website for the store to buy the gorgeous black and orange bag I had my heart set on. It was wonderfully-packaged when it arrived this past week and came with a personalized card. What a wonderful life the shop owner has lived so far as a former flight attendant and student of the world, and I love that we can support her in her dreams by buying the bags through her store. Honestly, I will absolutely be back next time we are in town. If not, I know that I can buy online and get exactly what I ordered safely to our house in no time at all! Thank you so much, Diane!
