"I went yesterday for oil change that took from 4:16 pm to 5 :50 pm .I WAS THE 4TH CAR . I never went to any Valvoline and it took that long. Only went because I read READ THE REVIEWS AND WAS IN FAIRFAX AREA. I REGRET IT! ONLY ONE GUY THAT HELP US MOVE OUT THE BAY WAS HELPFUL.. I DID NOT LIKE THE MECHANIC IF I NEEDED SOMETHING FOR MY CAR YOU TYPE IT UP NOT ON A RIP PAPER. LEFT MY HOOD UP WHEN THE OIL CHANGE WAS FINISHED. INSTEAD OF TELLING ME TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR THE GUY TO COME WITH THE INFORMATION Y'ALL JUST HAD ME SITTING THERE THAT LONG in he BAY Area. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. NO APOLOGY NEEDED. GOING BACK TO VALVOLINE IN WALDORF AND ALEXANDRIA. THEY TELL ME IF I NEED SOMETHING ALL AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE OIL CHANGE NO MORE THAN 20 MINUTES EVEN IF THEY HAVE A LINE."

"I can't believe how amazing this place is! I came in, prepared to spend the full retail price to get my oil changed (primarily to get my filter changed). After hearing this, Troy had halted the operation so that he can switch my service to strictly an oil filter change. That saved me SO MUCH money. His kindess really brought joy to the bad day I was already having."
"Very convenient and good experience. I was the first in line. There was a short wait, about 20 minutes. Then I was called in. They have you stay seated in the car and drive in. They'll ask you to perform certain actions such as turning on the signals, headlights, moving the gas, etc. I bought synthetic oil change on Groupon. Price was provided up front so there was no surprise up charge. I just had to pay the tax, which was around $1. The service Technician who assisted me acted like a salesperson to sell me some services/parts, but I refused, and he respectfully stopped. He was not pushy or anything, probably just doing his job. He adjusted the air for all four of my tires, which was great. Had me in and out in around 25 min."
