Our founder, Jennifer Damon, has years of experience in dog training and walking, starting in Los Angeles in 2010. She holds a diploma in Canine Behavior Consulting and is a supporting member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. Jennifer's gentle training methods are based in science, ensuring the well-being of both dogs and their owners. Jennifer's husband, Aaron Friscia, has recently joined the business, allowing them to offer dog walking and pet sitting services in addition to training. Aaron, a hiking enthusiast with a passion for animals, is certified in Pet First Aid and has a natural connection with pets. Together, Jennifer and Aaron provide personalized care and training services to the North Chesterfield and Richmond areas.
