"Went in last night for excruciating sciatic nerve pain. The intake nurse, whose name I regretfully didn't get since I was in so much pain, Nurse Kellie and Dr J Cole were absolutely awesome! Very attentive, thorough and professional while making me feel super comfortable. Gave me meds for pain, explicit follow up instructions and I was omw home in about an hour! I'm grateful!"

"Sadly, this practice presently doesn’t deserve even one star. I’ve been a patient here for only four years and every year, I lost my doctor, they leave. You choose another, and by the second visit, they are gone. You choose yet another and by the next visit they are gone. I began with Renee Dial, then Bonnie Brooks, then Kelli Bolden, they’re all gone..I’m so tired of this, I’m moving on out of this disorganized poor practice, because no one seems to care to take care of you consistently. The people who work there are not very good at what they do. They all just stare at their computers getting the information in and not even looking at you. The phlebotomists are god awful. I’m a Registered Nurse and what I am seeing here is a total lack of patient care. Find somewhere else, someone who actually cares for your health, for you will not find it here."

"What a great ER facility! I just moved to the area and was rather concerned about the reviews, but my neighbor recommended it, so gave it a try. I had a major infection and they took me in a timely manner. treated me with kindness and respect. The nurse was wonderful and he made me feel super comfortable during my 5 hour visit. The doctor was excellent. He spoke with my surgeon back home and gave me great care. I would highly recommend!"

"Never even made it to the appointment. Scheduling person was rude, condescending and was trying to tell me what I needed and wanted to book me for extra services instead of ONLY what my referral was for. I canceled my appointment and called my PCM and asked that my referral be changed to Riverside immediately. I don't trust their doctors if this is what their business practices reflect."
