"I booked an "emergency" appointment at Rodi after accidentally dying my hair a fire-truck-red color using box dye. Rodi was super communicative and helpful. I was able to book an appointment that day. When I arrived, the staff was super wonderful and friendly. Rodi explained what was going to happen with my hair, and I felt extremely well taken care of. My wonderful hair dresser, Firas, did an *amazing* job with my hair! I could not be happier with my results. Firas was able to save my hair color to a beautiful auburn without damaging my hair! Firas is the absolute best hairdresser I have ever encountered. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Rodi, specifically with Firas. He is a great colorist and picked exactly the right color to tone down my previous bright red dye. I will definitely be booking a followup appointment with Firas in a few months. Thank you Rodi!"

"Fair warning for those that are seeking Asian men hairstyle over here: Overall I’m unsatisfied with the haircut. I told the stylist to keep the sides short and to keep my style, but make it a little short. By the time we’re done, my style was completely different and I lost all of my perm and volume on my hair. If you do decide to come here, here’s some key factors that could help you avoid this: 1. Show a picture of the style you want: makes it easier for the stylist to understand, i didn’t do that with this place. 2. Overcommunicate: tell them about every single detail you want on your hair (ex. When you say short say you want to cut off 0.5 inch of your hair, make sure you keep volume, etc). It’s better to do that rather than assume your stylist knows what your talking about. I wish you guys the best of luck, you might have a better experience than I did."

"Worst highlights I ever received from the owner Rodi himself , on top of the fact that he completely ruined me hair him and his staff are rude , hung up the phone in me multiple times , refused to give me a confirmation of my refund. I went in with a lot of grown from my previous high lights and it’s not my first time doing it and no other stylist had every had a problem getting my hair right , he left my hair orange and yellow , with ridiculously thick highlights, he rushed through my hair which is probably why they are so thick, the lady at the front desk was horrible , I will never be returning to this salon , the most unprofessional people I’ve ever gotten my hair done by. Never again will I step foot in this salon."
