Shipping is very fast, all of my items will make it on time, which I didn't expect. I highly recommend this location."

"Poor communication led to time wasted. I wasn’t available to receive a package due to my work schedule. The website’s tracking info said that the package would be available to pickup at this location at 2pm. I arrived at this location around 3:40pm, but was told by the fedex employee that the driver wasn’t back yet, and to come back at 5. I live about 15-20min away, so I decided to stay in the area. When I came back at 5pm, I was told that the driver had went back to my residence to attempt a redeliver. No one had told me that that was going to happen. Now I’m sitting here waiting again, because they said the driver will be back in 30 minutes. Poor communication, poor management, and my time wasted."

"This FedEx Ship Center is located just off of International Parkway and Central Drive. You have to turn onto Central Drive and onto Excalibur Court to get to the location even though the address is on Lynnhaven Parkway. You will want to turn into the first right afterwards to get to the FedEx Ship Center building and just follow the arrows for customer parking up to the building. My most recent visit here was on December 30, 2021. The reason for my most recent visit was to drop off an express package for my mom that had to go back out that same day. I didn't want to leave it to chance with the drop boxes. After parking, I went inside, but there wasn't anyone at the desk. After about a minute or two, a representative came out. She was very nice. I gave her the package, weighed it, and gave me a receipt with the tracking number for it. I can tell you that the package did make it to the intended destination that next morning as it should be. Overall, they got the job done that needed to be done. Even though there wasn't anyone there when I came in, I am pretty sure they are probably understaffed like many other places these days. The representative was really good when she came out and completed what needed to be done quickly too. I feel comfortable coming back here in the future to drop off time sensitive items through them. If you are in the same situation, and this is the closest location, you should be good to go here."
