I booked an appointment for the next day and honestly just expected to get it looked at and quoted for a much more expensive repair than a $99 cracked screen fix (the damage seemed significant). Not only was the staff member super optimistic about the repair, but he also told me to come back in 30 minutes and he'd have it done. Sure enough, 30 minutes later and for $99, I walked out with a working phone. The customer service and repair quality from this location are superb. Thank you!"
