The University of Mary Washington Small Business Development Center (UMW SBDC) located at 1125 Emancipation Highway in Fredericksburg, Virginia, United States, is a finance institution dedicated to inspiring and enabling entrepreneurs and their organizations to pursue economic growth through education, consulting, connecting, and supportive research.
