"The technician during my daytime sleep study seemed rushed and was not personable at all. Every time she came in my room she swung the door open and immediately said 1-2-3 and turned the lights on before I even knew she was in the room. I never even caught her name because she was in and out so fast each time. After the last nap she told me I could leave, but never offered to let me use anywhere to clean up/get the paste off my scalp and face (no sink or shower in my room). I had to drive home with it on. Whenever she needed to adjust my sensors she kept pulling my hair which hurt extremely bad. When I told her it hurt I was told I was sensitive. I had 4 nap studies during the day and every time there were always loud noises that prevented me from resting during my test (doors slamming, people walking the hall, carts being rolled). During a test like this they should provide a quiet environment. They let spouses and kids visit during the day and they were not very quiet while others were testing. I could hear lots of talking through the walls. My room was painted bright green and I did not find that very relaxing for a sleep test. Also, we were told a microwave was provided but it was disgusting. It looked like it had caught on fire recently (literal burn marks inside and melted around the frame) and there was gross food all over it. My night time technician was so sweet and understanding. She did a great job getting me ready for the night test and prepping me for what to expect."

"Rodrigo is fantastic. He is very accommodating and helpful in making appointments. His response time was very quick and follow up emails and phone calls were much appreciated. He is very respectful and answered any question's and really understood our need to get appointments in before the end of the year. I would definitely recommend working with him if you need to visit CSCC."

"The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The Technician who prepare me for the Sleep Test was also very kind and very friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that after 10:30 or 11:00 pm there was a man speaking loudly with the Front Desk staff and that didn't let me fall asleep for my test. I believe a facility like this should be treated with more respect for the patients and for the type of test is being done. In general, it is a place I would highly recommend to anybody."
