"Oddly enough, Ayoub did not clean the back of the carpet. We expected the entire carpet to be cleaned. There was nothing that indicated it would not be. We authorized Ayoub to overcast the ends and repair the fringe on two ends. The fringe looks better, but it is very stiff and does no lie flat. We worked with Christopher who was very helpful."
