"My recent interaction with Steve left me utterly disappointed. As a customer seeking information, I asked a straightforward question, only to be met with frustration and annoyance. Steve not only refused to answer my question but seemed bothered by the fact that I dared to inquire. In any professional setting, a willingness to address customer queries is fundamental, yet Steve's dismissive attitude left much to be desired. Instead of fostering an open and communicative environment, he made me feel like my question was an inconvenience. Customer service should be about understanding and assisting, but Steve's reaction suggested otherwise. It's disheartening when a simple question becomes a source of discomfort for both the customer and the service provider. I believe that a more patient and customer-centric approach would greatly improve the overall experience. Sadly, my encounter with Steve left me with a negative impression and a sense of frustration."

"Unpleasant Experience with CPA Consultation I recently had a consultation with this CPA, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The consultant overcharged me without providing clear explanations of the process. To make matters worse, he failed to demonstrate how the billed time was spent on my file. When I questioned the charges and requested evidence of the time spent, the CPA became irate and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns and providing clarification, he simply directed me to the contract I had signed. I had already read the contract and was seeking transparency, not dismissal. The consultant's lack of professionalism and refusal to engage in a constructive conversation left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I believe that transparent communication and a willingness to address client concerns are essential in any professional service, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations. Disappointing overall."

"Very, very highly recommended. -They keep me on point throughout the year to make sure there are no issues come tax time. -Steve has clear, concise, direct communication regarding actions I need to take. -Both office staff and accountants are immediately responsive even during busy season. -Tax advice for my specific, somewhat more complicated situation has been spot on. -Very technologically advanced with regards to tax document submission and organization, e-signing of documents, etc. Totally worth it."

It was blessing in disguise because the Gordon Group found mistakes in prior years' returns and found many extra deductions to take. They work well as a team and are meticulous in their questioning to help find extra deductions in the returns they prepare.
