"I'm just going to be honest here. I took my truck to Liberty transmission, and im almost positive I have a torque converter and transmission issue and I told Joe this over the phone and told him that's what I wanted checked. They had it for over a week and called me to tell me it wasn't my transmission and that it was my spark plugs and both cats were clogged. I feel like they didn't want to do the warranty work on my truck, and I know my cats aren't clogged. So I took it to a muffler shop and had it tested and come to find out I have perfect flow in both cats.. imagine that. Had a friend do plugs and plugs looked great. Wouldn't recommend this place."

"I took my car to have the ac fixed and spend around $400.00, I took it back the next day because the ac still wasn't fixed. When I took it back, it sounded like they didn't know what to do or how to fix it. I have used their other family's shop prices transmission for our company vehicles in the past, but I was disappointed in the service I received."
