"I went into London Bridge Auto Service today because O’Reily’s auto parts employee snapped my daughter new 23 Buick Encore Rear Wiper off when trying to change the wiper blade. Eric swapped the arm out for me and then helped me hunt down all over town a wiper blade to fit since the new arm did not come with one. Honestly all he had to do was switch the wiper arm and be done with me. But after hearing the bad time I had with O’Reilys employees Eric went above and beyond to help me get my daughter’s car fixed and back on the road to send her back to SC to college safely. Eric will never understand how much he helped me today. I truly appreciate his kindness and he has definitely made a new customer in the future along with me telling everyone how wonderful he was. You truly do not find nice, caring mechanics like Eric out there anymore. I am glad I got to meet him today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

"I had a good experience with them. Picked up an alternator and serpentine belt from advance auto for $250, London Bridge charged $300 for the install. Japanese auto masters quoted $1600 Christian Brothers quoted $1300 Hard to find honest and fair auto shops it seems. Thank you."
