"Josie Martin is a miracle worker. Over the past few years, I've seen several other physical therapists for my lower back pain. All of them focused on stretching, which wasn't getting me anywhere. Josie listened to me, evaluated my needs carefully and compassionately, and she put together routines that addressed mobility but also strength. When I first visited, I could barely bend forward and touch my knees, and I needed to lean on a cart when walking around the grocery store. Everyday activities always hurt. After about 4 months of hard work under Josie's care, I can touch my toes and walk unassisted. I'm doing things I didn't think possible. I've never felt better.
