"Bad experience finding the place was hard because it was inside a pet store with no way of knowing that it was something else. We called the lady a couple of days ago and asked all the questions we needed and she said they stop doing rides to float down at 2:00 pm and said they only give out general information but failed to inform us that they wanted a 24 to 48 hour advance notice that you wanted to float down the river. Went to the pet store to ask the lady about everything she had no clue about anything, nothing about prices ,where the river was,she had to call the owner about every little detail, we even paid for our tubes and all. When the owners showed up mind you, they said they have been doing the adventure trips since 2018 to witch I replied "if you have been doing this since 2018 you need to do better because everything about this was wrong." We had to be refunded after it was all said and done because they also failed to inform us that the water in the river was too low to go down it. All around, bad experience would not recommend anyone try to do stuff with these people until they figure out what they need to do to run a successful business. If I could give 0 stars, I would."
