Forest Lakes North Pool is a part of the beautiful planned community of Forest Lakes, located at 1824 Pavilion Circle in Charlottesville, Virginia. The community consists of 1,455 homes divided into North and South sections, each with smaller neighborhoods of quiet cul-de-sacs featuring homes of similar size and style. Managed by Associa Community Group, the Forest Lakes Community Association (FLCA) oversees the maintenance of common areas including lakes, trails, sport fields, pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center. The FLCA also enforces covenants and restrictions, collects assessments, and maintains reserves for future community needs.
