"Three quarters of this place is shut down, Not User friendly at all. Got turned away, even did the EPA class to get the craft shop card. Would give negative stars if it would let me. These places exist so I'm not changing my oil on post in my driveway or in the parking lot of an advanced auto. Yet here I am changing the oil to my diesel truck in an advanced auto parking lot."

"Hours of operation on the web, and per their telephone answering service are not accurate...says open until 1730 hours on Sunday, and its closed at 1459 hours...after driving here. I expect better from a facility on a military installation. Update your hours on the web, and your phone please."
