"If you want to work for/with a boss who doesn’t care about anything but money, then this is definitely the place for you! If you want a new partner every other week with no explanation this is the job for you ! Inconsistent pay? Perfect! If you want your house to be clean after we clean a roach/feces/ bedbug infected place , then this is definitely the service for you. Molly maid in mechanicsville is nothing but of a joke. Michele is a liar and manipulator. the turnover rate is ridiculous we are constantly having maids come in and out over 300-400 maids have came and gone , Michele is constantly talking badly about employees to other employees and also talks badly about customers! Michele is amazing at selling lies and she does a great job at it. Please do not book with Molly maid, the good reviews are being asked to published by maids , not genuinely , customers do it out the kindness of their heart because the maids get paid a measly 20 dollars for it. Don’t even bother going back and forth with me , don’t continue to show how unprofessional you are Michele :)"
