Scheduling an appointment was really easy and they were able to see me for a shampoo, haircut, and style the same day. I’m going back next week for color with April as well!"

"Salon Voss of Stafford- Wow.. all I have to say. I used to love Salon Voss. Today I was told I’m never allowed back to any of their salons again as I was literally in tears. For those of you who know I have 2 kids under 2, i wanted a bit of a change with my hair and to get pampered for once. I was so excited to get FULL blonde highlights, a noticeable difference and was told I’d get just that. After leaving my kids with my mom who was so nice to watch them for 6 hours in the salon… I came out with my hair looking darker and balling my eyes out. I was nice in letting them know that it was not what I wanted, and not what I was told I’d be getting. No one was rescheduling for it to get fixed because they had to run by the owner and the owner wanted me to pay full price with hair darker than when I came in. I was fine with paying full price as long as they could reschedule to fix it since it wasn’t done correctly... I even let him know that. The blonde highlights were supposed to LIGHTEN my hair, not darken it. The ladies who did my hair were so so nice, and I understand mistakes happen that’s why I wished they could’ve fixed it. Well the manager was on the phone yelling at me saying “You didn’t get a consultation” so it was basically all my fault that it was darker than when I had come in. He yelled at me… and then Samantha who was in the vehicle with him, told me I was never allowed back at any of their salons. For what? Sticking up in a respectful way for myself and just stating it was darker than what was told? After they told me it’s free, never come back again.. I wanted to tip the girls who were working on my hair for their time and the trim/cut/style that they did. (The cut and style was nice and they deserved to be tipped at least)… When the owner or husband of Samantha I believe is named Tom, realized I was there wanting to tip them he told the receptionist I wasn’t allowed to tip the girls there’s “no reason” to and that I needed to leave. Pictures of my hair for reference (The person speaking to me was not in the salon and was driving down the road going off on me, I did start recording once he was being rude) I 100% DO NOT recommend Salon Voss anymore."
