"Great folks with vast knowledge and a growing selection of everything needed. I rarely post reviews and have never twice, but I had to add to this one from 3 months ago...I MIGHT save a dollar on Amazon, but I can't ask Amazon which terp tea or fertilizer will work best in my environment. Nor can I ask Amazon to compare multiple seed strains or offer advice and encouragement to a budding beginner. I've become a raving fan and loyal customer."

"In today's day and age finding a small business that is so focused on customer service is VERY rare! I was searching the Internet looking for a specific additive for my hydroponics setup when I stumbled across Grower's Paradise in Mechanicsville, VA (a little more than an hour drive from me). I went to their website and clicked on Contact Us to send an email. This was on a Saturday night, so I wasn't expecting to hear back from them until probably Monday. To my shock and amazement, not even 5 minutes later I got an email from Sam telling me that not only did they have what I was looking for, but he suggested a similar product which was significantly cheaper! What? We exchanged several emails that Saturday night and I was so impressed with his knowledge, kindness, and rapid response that I knew I had found the hydro shop I was looking for. Today, I drove a little over an hour to get the product I was looking for and had the great pleasure to meet Sam in person. I will definitely be a customer for life!
