"This was my first neuro appointment but definitely the best clinical experience I have had. Parking was atrocious and it was difficult to navigate to the neurology department so I arrived a little late. Late as in on time cause they wanted me there early to do paperwork of course. Nevertheless, Jaimie B (NFP) saw me. She has a great attitude and is thorough, thoughtful, and helpful. I definitely recommend her."

It is a somewhat scary situation for me as we tread new waters just now, but Dr. Elechi and the nurse that assisted him were more than patient and kind, asking really good questions and seeming to actually hear what my husband and I were saying as we responded to their questions and even allowed us to ask some questions of our own. I was immediately scheduled with a followup of testing and promised that we WILL get answers! This whole visit and experience was/is an amazing answer to prayer for us, and we are truly grateful."
"I was checked in promptly and only waited 2 or 3 minutes before being taken back to a treatment room to be seen. As always, the staff was friendly and efficient. The nurse performed all of the standard intake (temp, blood pressure, computer medical review). When the nurse had completed her duties, I waited for my physician. He arrived 7 minutes after his nurse left the room. My appointment proceeded in a friendly and professional manner. Medications were reviewed and I was released. My long association with Lewis-Gale Physicians and Lewis-Gale Hospital has always been positive. I can't imagine going anywhere else."

When Tracy came in she introduced herself and listened intently as I discussed my symptoms and concerns. She then proceeded to order tests that could help her confirm a diagnosis.
