"My experience at OnTrack has been phenomenal!! I can’t say enough about the trainers Brian, Ren, Kate and Ben, and the classes. They are effective, great and fun! The trainers are very knowledgeable, motivating and most definitely attentive to assisting you to reach your goals and to help you strive for more!! "I love the Functional Training classes at OnTrack! The staff are friendly and supportive and know how to challenge you so that you are giving your best in each session. This is not your typical gym ( no large classes with so many people) the training sessions are small groups and all of the members are so supportive! I’ve been able to still attend my classes with a hip issue and shoulder issues and Ren (the Coach) has made modifications so that I can continue to workout and gain strength. I highly recommend OnTrack!"
