True North Wilderness Program, located at 5354 Main Street in Waitsfield, Vermont, is a health institution that offers a comprehensive adolescent program for young adults and their families. Our program provides clinically sophisticated assessment, intervention, and transition planning through daily outdoor activities, supportive staff, similar peers, and therapeutic goals. We believe in the importance of parental participation in our process, with weekly calls from their child's therapist and additional support from a parent therapist.
