"Probably quality work but what did you do? Bought car over a week ago, Bill the salesman said needed 2 filters , wiper blades, tires and inspection. Why did this take over a week when you were able to cash my check within 2 days?"
"I’d advise making appt well in advance. It’s a grander short-staff issue than Heritage, but appointments are roughly 4 weeks out. Staffing aside, Jerit and the Service team took good care of me, got me checked in and shuttled to work and several significant pieces of work completed and back on the road the same-day."
"Repair delayed a day but not Heritage fault, part arrived broken. However, when repair was completed there was no communication to us. When it finally did get to us, after we called twice and then service manager, we heard it was done but by then rush hour and dark was upon us with storm potential. I believe in good, solid communication is always the best course of action, I hope you will too."
