The gallery is currently showcasing the work of Leigh Gavin Harder, a talented artist who specializes in alcohol ink paintings. Leigh, who has been a resident of East Middlebury for over four decades, returned to painting after a long teaching career and her work is now featured in private collections across the United States and the U.K. The exhibit featuring Leigh's work will be on display at the Jackson Gallery in the lower level of Town Hall Theater on Merchants Row in downtown Middlebury from April 12 until June 8. An artist reception will be held on Friday, April 12 from 5 – 7 pm, and all are invited to attend. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from noon to five, and during performances at the theater.
