"My husband and I rented with JCM for 5 years. During our time in Vermont, they made our stay memorable. Their building maintenance was top notch, they were always responsive and fixed every issue we had without delay. "I have rented an apt with Jason Cooper Management and it was a very good experience. When I first moved in it was the holidays and the fridge was loaded with food and it stopped working. I called Chrys and right away Jason came over to fix it for me! I’ve been there for two years and any issues are handled promptly. The other tenants were quiet and friendly. They also accept some pets which is hard to find, and pets are family to many of us, so that’s a big plus!! My experience was the whole team, are kind and easy to work with, professional and down to earth at the same time."

"Zero stars! Messaged and left voicemails regarding a few properties they have for rent to no avail. Not one response from any of the DMs or voicemails. They list the same properties for rent on several different sites, do not answer you when you inquire about them yet still have them posted! Absolutely ridiculous! Exactly what is their game?"
