"We went through the drive up and got frosties. They were really good and the staff was really friendly."
"Got there at 9;30 pm and knew they closed at 10. Ordered one single and one double meals. Both burgers were cold, fries were cold and not fresh at all We complained and they offered to remake our food. We watched the one worker DUMP a load of salt on the new fries trying to be a smart a$$. We watched 5 people walk in and nobody would even help them, they walked out. Horrible service and horrible food. 2 thumbs down."
"Don't depend on this place opening on time. They'll have staff in there lights on and refuse to take your order. Today is 6:30 a.m. listed hours supposed to be open 6:00 a.m.. nobody a dozen cars have passed through the drive-thru trying to order but failed and lead defeated."
"This restaurant is ridiculously horrible. They do not know how to read an order I’m allergic to raw tomatoes. I requested it to not be on my food. Ordered it on the mobile app took 20 minutes in the drive-through just to get it to come home and have tomatoes all over everything that I ordered it not to be on. Attempted to contact the store they don’t answer the phone went into the store, and they tried to remake my order with the same food, but just simply taking the tomato off what they already gave me even after telling them I’m allergic!! The chicken sandwich my husband ordered is even not fully cooked"
"The drive-thru sign was physically broken off of it foundation. I had to go inside. Then, the lady at the register took 15 min. to notice me standing there ... even though I said "Excuse me" 3 different times. The meal rang up at a different price than listed on the board....and she did nothing to correct the mistake. When I finally got my food....it was cold. I was disappointed, to say the least. I won't be returning to this location again."
