"Worst customer service I have ever had at an Einstein’s and it looks like this location has had many bad reviews. First, why isn’t there any seating inside and don’t give me a lame excuse about COVID, especially since none of the employees were wearing masks? My wife and I were there at about 11:00 am, today, 11/08/24. We were the only customers. I could see four employees. A young girl, pony tail, glasses asked us if we wanted a dozen or half dozen bagels. We said we were going to get a couple for each of us. While we were looking, she walked to the other end of the counter and sat down at the register. We had to call her back when we were ready to order. We said we had decided to order six and could we get two of them toasted, to eat now. One of the employees behind her shook his head up and down, that we could. She said no she absolutely couldn’t. Again, we were the only customers in the store. I said are you sure? And she said no she couldn’t do it. Bad attitude and poor service."
"Might as well be a drive through with how rude, sloppy, and rushed the service is here, on slow or busy days. Even when I’m hungover or starving the food is disappointing for how expensive it is. Usually mess up the bagel order even if it’s as simple as a plain toasted bagel, and they can’t be bothered to get a coffee order right no matter how kind or patient you are. Used to like coming here but this location has changed for the worse in the last couple of months. Other ones I’ve been to are still great, 5 star worthy."
