"I had previously brought my Camry here for an inspection after buying it and found the staff helpful. So... fast forward a year and a few hundred miles away I began having issues with my car overheating but wasn't able to bring the car in to a shop for repairs. I was 4 hours away from Pete's and trying to solve the problem myself. I called the shop and explained what was happening and what I'd already done to try to remedy it to no avail, Tia listened to my entire story and, between her and Pete, they fielded multiple phone calls and messages from me throughout the day with information and troubleshooting tips to help me get the car back on the road again. They are so freaking awesome here! The patience and willingness to take time away from their already busy schedules to help me so far away was really above and beyond! They know their stuff."
