Welcome to Back 40 Ranch House Grill, located at 1223 U.S. 40 in Heber City, Utah. We pride ourselves on serving delicious food and drinks made with locally sourced, handcrafted ingredients. Our beef comes from Circle Bar Ranch just two pastures back, and we use it in our burgers, meatloaf, chili, and steaks. The Smoked Jalapeno Bacon Cheddar and White Cheddar we use are from Heber Valley Cheese, and our buns are baked fresh daily by Stoneground Bakery in Salt Lake City. Our desserts are organic and baked in-house, and we also offer gluten-free options from Good Grains Gluten Free Bakery in Heber. We strive to reduce waste and use sea salt from Real Salt in Heber. Our water comes from our own well, sourced from an artesian aquifer. Join us for Sunday brunch from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, and dinner from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
