“After being stranded by a faulty alternator on a country road the tow truck service recommended Duo Tech for the repair. Not being familiar or local to the area I accepted the recommendation and had my vehicle towed to Duo Tech. Great experience. (1) Super nice on the phone explaining the diagnosis, parts, and labor (2) double checked with my home town mechanic who verified they were in line with parts and labor pricing (3) the owner picked me up from the train station and drove me to the shop for car pickup (4) they proactively discussed options to leverage the part warranty even if I wasn't in their traditional service area. Down to earth people... only compliments from me. I'd come back if I lived in the area.”
