Club Libertad Utah

Founded by President Juanita Paucar on August 26, 2009, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the club's mission is to continue spreading this beautiful dance worldwide. The club is proud to have members like Hillary Koellner, a journalist from Utah who also works at Telemundo, and Angelli Elizabeth Garibaldi, a talented dancer from Denver, Colorado. Angelli's dedication to the art of Marinera has led her to represent the club as a queen, showcasing her passion and skill in this traditional Peruvian dance. Another member, Diana Angulo, hailing from Lima, Peru, has also found success in Marinera competitions, winning multiple contests and continuing to perfect her craft. Fiorella Marie Vilchez, born in San Francisco, California, is a young and dedicated Marinera enthusiast who serves as the president of her school's Leadership class. Together, these members and many others contribute to the vibrant and passionate community of Club Libertad Utah, dedicated to preserving and sharing the beauty of Marinera Norteña.
