"I rarely post reviews, especially negative ones, but I am very upset about the experience I've had with this law firm. No one answers their phones, I had to call 5 times and I left voice mail messages with 3 different people and then on the other 2 calls I talked to a paralegal (?) who was incredibly rude to me and was far from professional. She yelled at me and told me that the simple request I had was not her problem. She then told me that I would have to talk to the HR dept. (which wouldn't handle this type of issue either, btw). My very, very simple request is still not resolved. And in the end, I did call the HR department (which also did not answer) and I left a voicemail letting them know how I was treated by this employee. I was so appalled by the lack of professionalism and communication that I will never do business with Kirton McConkie."
