We strive to deliver excellent service and consistency with each appointment, and we kindly ask for the same in return. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients efficiently, we have policies in place regarding appointment cancellations and no-shows. We require at least a 2-hour advanced notice for any cancellations, and failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services. We also have a strict policy for late appointments, allowing only a 10-minute grace period before marking as a no-show.
