“I really can’t say why I tried White Knuckle, it wasn’t a referral or anything, I was looking for a shop to change out head pipes on my new Road Glide Special and I did a search. Most the reviews were good with a few bad ones. All I can say is how my experience went. I called and spoke to Ray who was very knowledgeable, gave me options and told me to come in and surf the catalogs. I went in later that day and met Eric who was patient helping me go through all the option and land on exactly what I was looking for, head pipes and tune. I felt comfortable enough to move forward, ordered parts and when they came in a little over a week later I was called and set a time to come in. Ray said to bring the bike in first thing in the morning and it would be done by end of same day, which it was. Came out great and I’m very satisfied. A couple of good guys. Thanks”

“I was provided excellent service. My truck was exhibiting a commonly arising issue, an exhaust leak from the Hemi engine. Before servicing it I wanted to discuss some concerns that I had read would more likely arise due to shops executing the repair with some "easier methods." Two other shops were unfamiliar with my concerns and would only discuss potential problems after dismantling my truck to inspect it. When I raised my concerns with Tyler, he immediately addressed my questions while confirming that my suspicions fit the symptoms I described. He alleviated my concerns with expertise gained from familiarity and experience with the repair. Tyler explained that he avoided creating the issues underlying my concerns by only utilizing the best most proven repair technique. He refused to consider utilizing the methods I was concerned about, although they're sometimes preferred by other shops because they're easier to execute, because he knew they could create subsequent problems for the vehicle owner. My truck was promptly repaired faster and cheaper than the dealership's service department could do so. I'll definitely use these guys again when the need arises.”

Update: 9 months after buying our Outlander, someone backed into us at the Costco parking lot, damaging the rear bumper, taillight assembly, and blind spot sensor. Harrison repaired it like new! They quickly evaluated the extent of the damage and worked with the insurance company to get approval to proceed with the repairs. The car was ready for pickup two days sooner than planned.
