I rang this company and spoke with Darwen, initially he didn't have any, he did say that they were like golddust, but within a day he had managed to track one down for me and I was thrilled. I live just outside of Newcastle Upon Tyne, Darwen arranged for delivery and within three days my heater arrived perfectly and I was thrilled. The delivery was perfect, delivered by a lovely polite gentleman who kept in touch with me every step of the way. I can't thank you enough.”

“Went here this morning to purchase a few things for my grandchildren. Was looking kind of lost i suppose wen this young guy called Sean approached me. He asked if he could help and i told him what i was looking for. Straight away he knew where said item was and took it to the till for me along with the accessories i needed. Once through the till and paid for my puchases Sean was waiting for me to carry it out to my car. Cannot believe the service i received from this young man. Every store needs a SEAN.
