Wingstop

"Normally, I don’t do these reviews, but when the service is horrible, this review is a must. Ordered my food online, via Wingstop app, and was delivered via door dash. First thing I noticed wrong, the drinks I ordered were all the wrong size, and with no Ice. What restaurant has no ice this day and age. 2nd thing I noticed was that one drink was missing $20 bucks worth of drinks, to be missing one and none with ice, is unacceptable when the tab is $100 plus. I regretfully gave a tip. This was the reason for my call to the store. I proceeded to call the store to ask for a manager, and was greeted with a “thank you for calling Wingstop, 45min to an 1hr wait for wings, can I place you hold?” And boom, the call goes to hold music with out being able to utter the word, sure. Waited for 10min, and hung up. I then call again and before I can get that stupid unanswerable question, I interrupt the person and ask for a manager, to which she answers I am the manager. I ask the “manager” to give me a refund for the drinks because they were all wrong and missing one. She then referred me to door dash. And hung up. Those are unacceptable actions from a manager. Poor poor poor manager and customer expectations skills, especially when your tab is $100!! Thus, furthermore, I call back and someone else, answered and they told me the same thing that door dash has to call them (Wingstop) so that Wingstop can refund me the drinks. Also, an unacceptable task for the customer to do, when the tab is $100plus. And even a tip was given. Incase Wingstop wasn’t always “tips” stands for “to insure proper service” and this Wingstop service was FAR from PROPER. Worst $100 plus spent at Wingstop. I suspect that I’m going to have to work hard to get my money back. Trust that it isn’t about the money, it’s the principle. Unacceptable service from my favorite wing place."

"This place gets worse and worse. Always having to wait almost an hour for food. Fries not seasoned, more less forgot to add the order of fries and had to go back, no ranch in the bag. We were not the only ones with the same issue, everyone else waiting in the lobby had problems with their order."

"If I could give this Wingstop a ZERO I would but unfortunately I cannot. It’s always an issue when I go. I called in an order to go and when I got home my order was completely wrong! I spoke to the so called “manager” Briana who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to go back up to the store after a long day at work (I do not stay close) as ordered by Briana in order for anything to be done. When I got there she was even more ugly and rude. She didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience as a real MANAGER would but instead rolled her eyes and gave me 7 boneless wings instead of 10. Briana should be fired she sucks! 0/10 would not recommend!"

"I will start off by saying i grew up loving wingstop because of quality and consistency. Since moving to the area 5 years ago I've ordered pick up and delivery from this location 5 times and it leaves me disappointed every time. Lack of sauce, missing items, wrong items, even the ranch and fries taste different. Just this location and it sucks because it's the closest to me."

"Called tonight at 11:15 (around closing time)placed a order with ronda excellent customer service , she offered great recommendations on flavors to try ,food was super fresh and hot , workers were super pleasant & full of good energy, I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION , definitely loved the experience keep up the good work. FAST FOOD ALWAYS GET BACKLASH BUT NEVER ENOUGH CREDIBILITY!!"
