"Support staff is very rude and unprofessional, they actually walked in and interrupted my daughter's well check visit to ask me a billing question regarding my son's appointment that was over 2 months before that day. They will add additional tests your insurance does not cover on your well check visit like a hearing test that you as a customer never asked for. Not a good practice from top to bottom. Very disappointing that this is the type of "service" we have available for our children in the community. I wish I had a read a comment like this prior to me wasting a lot of time and money on this poor establishment."

"The providers at this office are very nice and take the time to listen to all of your concerns. I have been going to them for 9 years, and I have always been able to get same day appointments (when me or my kids are sick). I also love that they see adults, so my entire family can see the same providers. Another huge plus for me, is that the office is very clean, tidy and aesthetically pleasing. The only negatives I have ever experienced are a few seemingly unhappy nurses. I typically don't write reviews, but felt compelled to do so since Dr. Boecker currently has a two star rating (from someone who left no comments)."

"We have been to Dr Boecker's office for 8 yrs since both kids were newborns. Dr Boecker, Crystal, nurses and office staff are wonderful and caring. We have never had a problem on any of our many visits. We also have never had an issue getting same day sick visits. Both Dr Boecker and Crystal listen to our concerns along while examining our children."

"My family and I have all gone to Gruene Medical for the last 6 years and love them! I have never had an issue getting an urgent appointment when necessary which saves me plenty of urgent care copays. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and am often in and out within 15 minutes. I normally see the PA, Dr. Crystal. She is pleasant, helpful and devotes time to talk with you about your concerns. My children have seen Dr. Boecker most of the time, and she has a wonderful disposition with children of all ages. Highly recommend."
