Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery
β Closedted between 1937 and 1941 included the administration building, rostrum, and a stone and concrete rostrum with a bronze plaque that was dedicated in 1938. The cemetery was closed to new interments in 1968 but reopened in 1987. In 2002, Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
