"I don't know how this hotel gets a 4 star rating. The lady in the office by the name of Ellen is cruel to people. She does not check on the elderly even though she knows they are very ill. Because of her negligence, someone died. The 30 year old pipes aren't being replaced. Half of the property was condemned because of the foundation, which they haven't fixed, yet still making renovations. There's roaches so bad that they crawl in your ears at night. Rate them 1 because it won't let you rate a 0."
"In my opinion the price is WAY to expensive for the place and they could really use a paint job with a face lift... When I arrived there I thought my gps had took me to the wrong destination I kept rechecking and sure enough that was the right place.. The pictures they have posted with are in my opinion false advertising on the outside,it kind of looks like it has been abandoned or someone is trying to give it a new life. The $1,000+ for rent(monthly) and the $700+ for a dog definitely doesn't fit the appeal the have however the office looks way better on the inside. The neighborhood behind it looks very sketchy like some illegal things go on there on the daily or every night,it just don't look safe or suitable for anyone to live in."
"This place has always been good to me everytime I'm in the area ... As well long time family that live at the location.... Bless this foundation.. and hopefully have a complete remodel one day .."
"They are currently remodeling the place so not everything is how they want it. Ellen is super nice and knowledgeable and so is the general manager. You can tell they care a lot about the place. Price is fair for what you get, i feel comfortable/safe staying here, they are on top of cleaning and pest control. Really would recommend it here"
